spacious room beautiful bathroom easy access unwelcoming management obstructed view
The room was spacious. it had a beautiful bathroom stocked with natura bisse products. meals were really good at netsu. access to attractions was easy. Just a short drive.
The management seemed unwelcoming. mehdi, specifically. This obstructed the view. This was not communicated to our travel agent.

decent stay overall
gym equipment attentive service helpful team room ac midnight repairs disorganized desk
the gym had ample equipment. i found three treadmills and two stationary bikes there. i was pleased with the variety. the beach offered attentive service from the team (especially manisch and oleg). it made relaxation easy.
i encountered issues with the room's ac . technicians entered my room at midnight for repairs. it was uncomfortable, as i was alone in the room. the front desk seemed disorganized during check-in. i noticed discrepancies among different bookings.

well-equipped gym numerous options easy access
The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. It really is well-equipped. breakfast had many options and the quality was AMAZING!!! the location is close to downtown, yet it felt peaceful. taxis were easy to find, both to and from the hotel.
my room was located above the kids club and it was a little noisy in the evening.
